If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme  can still apply to continue living in the UK 

You can apply to join your EU, EEA or Swiss family member if they started living in the UK by 31 December 2020. Should you require help, please contact us as soon as possible.
